You see, your actions are determined by your beliefs, your thoughts, and your emotions. Until you change those, you’ll continue to struggle with your weight, your health, and your body.
CHANGE COMES FROM WITHIN.
Love your body.
Love the way that it looks and feels right now.
Honor your body, it’s gotten you to this very moment and carried you through countless experiences all across the spectrum of “good” and “bad”.
Express gratitude for your body and your health daily, regardless of where those two things happen to be on the completely arbitrary scale that you decided was “right”, and then throw away the fucking scale.
Let go of any expectations you have about how you should look or feel.
Be grateful in the body you have.
Be gentle with your beliefs and judgments about the body you have.
Be curious about how certain emotions and thoughts have resulted in the body that you have right now.
And then, once you’re done with the beliefs, thoughts, and emotions which no longer serve you, MAKE A CHANGE.
