Happy Sunday, my brothers, sisters, and culinary siblings!
Today’s sermon is near and dear to my heart, because I love me a good steak! And, since it’s one of the delicious recipes on the menu this week for my members, I figured I’d drop some knowledge and preach the good word on how to prepare and cook a restaurant-quality steak at home.
Now, this takes a little time and patience, but isn’t that the case with all good things? And I know that I certainly appreciate it when someone takes a little extra time and attention to make sure that I’m prepared for whatever task may be at hand. It’s exactly the same with food. In life, slow down, be patient, and take your time are good mantras to live by. The same holds true for making a really excellent steak.
Hear what I have to say about different cuts of steak, quality of meat and how to choose exactly what kind of steak you want, based on your taste and preferences, and of course, step-by-step instructions on how to make a praise-worthy steak that will have you weeping tears of joy and adulation!
Savor the day, my friends.
