Telling yourself “I earned this”, or “it’s okay because I worked really hard”, or “it’s been so long since I’ve had one”, or “I don’t eat this way very often” are all justifications.

OWN THE WAY YOU EAT

Until you embrace and accept the way you eat, nothing can change. 

Let me be crystal clear with what I’m saying here – this isn’t about eating whatever the hell you want and not giving a shit. That’s just as damaging and counterproductive. What I’m saying is simply OWN the choices you make. Take responsibility, and then take action. As long as you try to justify what you’re eating, you are in resistance to your choices and in denial of reality.

ACCEPT THE REALITY OF YOUR FOOD. 

Don’t like that reality? 

CHANGE IT.
