Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley leaves only, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Dash hot sauce I recommend Crystal
  • ¼ to ½ cup buttermilk to desired consistency

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the buttermilk. Whisk well.
  • Slowly add buttermilk to desired consistency. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
