NUTRITION IS ABOUT MORE THAN WHAT YOU EAT!
Yep, just knowing what you’re eating and knowing the calories, fat/carb/protein balance, macronutrients, micronutrients, etc. is NOT enough!
There are actually three components here – food, activity and mindset. We’ve covered the food. now it’s time to MOVE YOUR BODY.
Listen, “activity” doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the gym each day and getting ripped. If that’s what you want, cool, do what’s required. For most of us, though, just 20 minutes of cardio a day can make a MASSIVE difference.
Go outside. Walk 10 minutes in one direction, turn around, and walk back. It’s that simple. When that feels easy, pick up the pace. Start jogging, then running, then sprinting.
There are thousands of health benefits that come with getting your heart rate up on a daily basis, all of which are well-documented.
