In every aspect of life, you have a choice of three actions: create, maintain, or destroy.

Take a moment and consider your health, fitness and especially the food you eat.

What are you creating? Sickness and disease, or health and wellness?

What are you maintaining? The status quo because it’s comfortable and easy, or a level of fitness and health that supports and empowers your dreams?

What are you destroying? Your body and health, and ultimately your life, or the limiting beliefs about food and health that have kept you prisoner and held you hostage?

I don’t want you to answer me, but I DO want you to ask yourself these questions and find the answers.
